
300gm kacang botol (winged bean)
1 red chilli
5 chilli padi (bird eye chilli)
1 garlic
5 shallots
1 handsfull of ikan bilis (anchovies)
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Blend the chilli, chilli padi, garlic, shallots and ikan bilis.
2. Sliced (slanting) the winged beans.
3. Heat up oil in a wok and fry the blended ingredients until fragrant.
4. Add in the winged bean and stir.
5. Add in little water and stir till the winged bean is cooked.
6. Add salt to taste and remove from heat.
