Sotong Berkunyit (Squid in Turmeric Sauce)

Ingredients:-
300 gm squid
1 onion (sliced)
2 garlic (sliced)
1 in ginger (sliced)
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Salt to taste

Method:-
1. Heat up oil. Saute onion, garlic & ginger.
2. Add in squid and tumeric powder.
3. Add in water, let the squid well cooked.
4. Add salt and remove from heat.
