
Ingredients:-
4 tube of Japanese Taufoo
1/2 carrot (diced)
5 pcs dried mushroom (diced)
150gm chicken (minced)
2 pcs garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
salt to taste
cornflour for thickening
1/2 cup water
Method:-
1. Cut the taufoo into six pcs, deep fry and keep a side.
2. Heat up sesame oil, add in garlic. Add in carrot, mushroom & chicken.
3. Add in oyster sauce, salt and water.
4. Add in the fried taufoo.
5. Lastly add in cornflour + water to thicken the gravy.
6. Remove from heat.
