Intsead of using yellow mee or kuetiow, she use laksa mee. I would say, taste good and not oily like mee kuning or kuetiow and dun have rasa kapur of the mee. Angkat dan toskan airnya.<br />Panaskan minyak dlm kuali, gorengkan ikan bilis. Angkat dan ketepikan.<br />Dlm minyak yang sama, gorengkan telur. Kacau dan hancurkan. Dah goreng, angkat dan ketepikan.<br />Panaskan sedikit minyak lagi. Tumis biji sawi, bawang putih, bawang merah, cili kering dan daun kari hingga naik bau. Tambah sedikit air, garam dan kicap cair. Kacau.<br />Masukkan bihun dan gaul sebati perlahan2. (boleh gunakan dua garfu/ chopsticks). Blend all * till fine.<br />2. Heat up oil, add in blended ingredients.<br />3. Stir till you can smell the aroma or till "pecah minyak"<br />4. Add in prawns<br />5. Add in sugar, lime juice and salt.<br />6. Once the prawns are cooked, lastly add in the ladys finger.<br />7.
