Chilli Crab

Ingredients:-
4pcs Crab
5 red chilli (can add more) }
3 garlic }
10 shallots } blend
1in ginger }
1in fresh turmeric }
1 lemongrass - bruised
salt to taste
few dash of dark soya sauce for colouring (can omit this)

Methods:-
1. Clean the crab and keep a side.
2. Heat up oil in wok and fry the blended ingredients and lemongrass until fragrant.
3. Add in the crab and stir.
4. Add in salt and 2 - 3 dash of dark soya sauce for the coloring.
5. Add in water if you want more gravy and stir.
6. Add in egg and stir till egg & crab cooked. Not forgetting the salt.
7. Remove from heat. Best served with hot rice.
