Vegetarian Fried Rice


Vegetarian Fried Rice

Rice
1 onion
1 garlic
Carrot - cut into small cubes
Long beans - sliced thinly
Potato - cut into small cubes
Shitake mushroom - sliced thinly
1 - 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce


1. Heat oil, add in onion and garlic, fry till brown.
2. Add in shitake mushroom, carrot, long beans, potato. Fry till the veges are cooked.
3. Add in vegetarian oyster sauce, mix well and add rice.
4. You can add salt and reduce th oyster sauce, taste to your liking and remove from heat.
