Manggo Chutney


Manggo Chutney
3 manggoes - cut into pieces
1 tsp mustard seed
3 dried chilles -cut into 2
5 garlic - blend
4 in ginger - blend ( i add xtra)
2 tbsp chilli powder (u may add xtra if want it to be spicy)
salt to taste
sugar to taste

1. Peel and cut maggoes into pieces.
2. Heat oil, add mustard seed and dried chillies.
3. When start to splutter, add in garlic & ginger, fry till slightly brown.
4. Add in manggo and cook till it a bit soft.
5. Add in water if its too dry.
6. Add in chilli powder, salt & sugar. Adjust to your liking.
7. Remove from heat once its thicken.
