Tiger Prawn with Coconut
Each time when i cook this dish, it reminds me of my late grandma.
1 kg of tiger prawn (udang galah)
20 cili padi *
1/2 coconut *
1 in turmeric *
1 in ginger *
2 lemongrass *
1 tbsp jintan kasar *
1 tsp black pepper *
1 tsp pepper *
3 onion *
5 garlic *
sugar to taste
lime juice to taste
salt to taste
Ladys finger
Method:-
1. Blend all * till fine.
2. Heat up oil, add in blended ingredients.
3. Stir till you can smell the aroma or till "pecah minyak"
4. Add in prawns
5. Add in sugar, lime juice and salt.
6. Once the prawns are cooked, lastly add in the ladys finger.
7. Stir for few minutes and its ready to serve.
