Kung Pao Chicken

Kung Pao Chicken (source: cikwan / hana / zai)
Marinate for 15min:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp corn flour
chicken meat - cut into small pieces
Method:- fry the chicken half cooked, set a side

Sauce:
1/4 cup water mix wt 1/2tsp chicken granules
1 tsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp corn flour mix wt water
Others:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil
8 - 10 dried chilli
2 garlic
1 in ginger - sliced thinly
1/3 cup roasted cashew nuts
Method:-
1. Heat up sesame oil & oil, add in garlic and ginger. Add in dried chilli and fry till brown.
2. Add in sauce mixture and cook till thickened.
3. Add in chicken, stir for 5 mins and lastly add in cashew nuts.
4. Ready to serve.
