Method:
1. Beat butter and icing sugar. Add in egg and beat
2. Add flour and beat until become dough
3. Press in mini tartlet casing and bake for 30 minutes.

For custard filling:
1 tin of evaporated milk
2 tins of water (use the milk tin)
1 cup sugar
1 cup of custard flour
2 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla essecnce
