Fried Salted Fish

Ingredients:-
300gm salted fish (kurau) - cut into cube
3 onion
2 garlic
2 green chillies
1tbsp lime juice (optional)

Method:-
1. Soak the salted kurau fish for 10 minutes. Wash & drain.
2. Heat up oil, fry the salted kurau fish till crispy & remove.
3. Remove the access oil, leave about 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and fry the onion till soft. Add in garlic and green chillies.
4. Stir for few minutes and add in the crispy salted fish.
5. Lastly add in the lime juice and remove from heat.
