
Ingredients:-
3 Yee Mee
4 garlic (chopped)
200gm prawn
200gm chicken sliced thinly
1 packet of fish ball (cut in half)
2 pcs of fish cake (sliced thinly)
1 1/2 cube of chicken stock
2 eggs
1 liter water (add more if require more gravy)
vegetables (green mustard, carrot & chinese long cabbage)
2 tbsp cornflour mix with water
Method:-
1. Heat oil. Saute garlic. Add in chicken and prawn. Let it cooked for a while.
2. Add in water and chicken stock cube. Let it boil.
3. Add in eggs and stir. Add in cornflour + water.
4. Add in the fish ball, fish cake and vegetables.
5. Once boiled, add in the yee mee. Stir for a while and remove from heat.
