Chilli Chicken



Ingredients:-
1/2 kg chicken fillet (cut into small pieces)
15 dried chilli
3 garlic (chopped)
1 onion (diced)
1 capsicum (diced)
1/2 carrot (sliced thinly)
4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 cups water
cornflour + water (mix together)
cornflour enough to coat the chicken

Method:-
1. Coat the chicken with cornflour and fry with little oil. Remove & keep a side.
2. Heat up oil, saute in garlic and dried chilli till fragrant. Add in water.
3. Add in oyster sauce, chilli sauce and dark soya sauce.
4. Add in cornflour + water. Once thicken, add in chicken, onion, capsicum and carrot.
5. Stir and remove from heat.

Note: You can add in cashew nut and cucumber.
