Mee Laksa Goreng



This is new recipe to me. my aunt masak when we went for visiting. Intsead of using yellow mee or kuetiow, she use laksa mee. I would say, taste good and not oily like mee kuning or kuetiow and dun have rasa kapur of the mee. I teringin nak makan lagi...tu yang buat lagi...macam tak puas makan pulak that day...

Recipe as follows:-

1 packet mee laksa
taugeh
kuchai
cabbage
2 tbsp chili paste
2 tbsp dried prawn - blend
3 garlic - cincang
kerang - direbus
chicken meat
prawn
dark soya sauce
oyster sauce
salt to taste
egg - goreng & asingkan

1. Tumis chili paste, add in garlic and dried prawn, goreng hingga garing.
2. Add in prawn and chicken meat, stir till cooked.
3. Add in mee laksa, dark soya sauce oyster sauce.
4. Stir for a while, add in kerang, egg yg dah digoreng hancur earlier, kuchai, taugeh and cabbage.
5. If kering, tambah air coz i suka mee basah. Adjust the taste with salt & remove from heat.
