Sardin Perathal


this is yummy to eat with thosai...especially kalau thosai garing2.....
1 tin sardin
5 bawang kecil (shallot) *
1/2 in fresh turmeric *
2 onions
2 bawang putih (garlic) *
1 in halia (ginger) *
1 tsp halba campur
1 cili merah
2 tomato
1 tangkai daun kari
1 - 2 tbsp rempah ikan
1 lime juice
1. Blend bahan2 *. Tumis bawang besar, halba campur & daun kari.
2. Masukkan bahan2 yg diblend & rempah ikan, tumis hingga wangi & garing.
3. Masukkan sardin, tomato & cili merah.
4. Hancurkan ikan sardin, perisakan with garam.
5. Lastly before tutup squeeze lime juice.
