Chilli Prawn

Ingredients:-
500gm prawns (marinate with salt & turmeric powder)
1 onion
2 garlic
1cm garlic
handsful of dried chilli
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 strands of curry leaves
salt to taste

Method:-
1. Fry the marinated prawn. Keep aside.
2. Saute the onion. Keep stirring till soft, add dried chilli, curry leaves, garlic, ginger.
3. Add in 1/2 cup water and dark soya sauce.
4. Add in salt to taste.
5. Once gravy ticken, add in the fried prawn.
6. Served with hot rice.
