
600gm squid
2 onions
2 curry leaves
3 garlic }
1 1/2 in ginger } blend together
3 potatoes cubed
4 tbsp fish curry powder
1 tsp halba campur
2 tomatoes
2 chillies slit
salt to taste
water
Method:-
1. Heat oil, saute onion, curry leaves and halba campur. Add in blended garlic & ginger.
2. Add in potatoes. Once potatoes half cooked, add in squid and little water.
3. Add in the fish curry powder. Add in enough water for the gravy. Add in salt to taste.
4. Before remove add in tomatoes and chillies.
5. Serve hot.
