
Ingredients:-
80gm butter
1tbsp blackberry jam (i used rasberry jam)
1/4 cup ground walnut (i used ground almonds)
1tbsp golden syrup ( you may reduce to 1/2 tbsp)
1tbsp orange juice / Sunquick
50gm dark chocolate - shaved
chocolate rice
Method:-
1. Heat butter and jam in saucepan over low fire. When butter is completely melted, remove from heat.
2. Mix together cake, walnut, golden syrup & orange juice.
3. Make a well in the middle & pour melted butter & jam into the mixture.
4. Mix well using a wooden spoon, while slowly adding the shaved chocolate.
5. Take small rounded teaspoon of the mixture, round them up and roll in chocolate rice.
6. Leave in fridge until firm.
Note: These chocolate balls could last up to 3 weeks stored in airtight container kept in fridge.
