
Ingredients:-
200gm chicken
200gm prawn
200gm squid
4 shallots - blend
2 garlic - blend
1 onion - sliced
2 lemongrass - bruised
2 tomato - cut into 6
5 chilli padi (bird eye chilli) - bruised
3tsp of lime juice
7 kaffir lime leave - sliced thinly
8tbsp chilli sauce
6tbsp tomato sauce
4tbsp oyster sauce
carrot
baby corn
cauliflower
long beans
salt to taste
water

Method:-
1. Heat up oil in wok, stir fry half cooked the chicken followed by prawn and squid. Keep aside.
2. Heat up oil, add in the shallot, garlic & chilli padi. Stir for a while.
3. Add in chilli sauce, tomato sauce & oyster sauce. Let it boil and add water.
4. Add in lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and all the vegetables.
5. Keep stiring, add in the chicken, prawn & squid and stir till vege is cooked.
6. Add in sliced salt, onion and tomatoes. Stir.
7. Add in lime juice and remove from heat.
